The work

$3,000 flat. Twelve months. Full refund if nothing is live.

Half at intake, half the day there is a live entity record to show you. No retainer, no monthly, no ladder. Four builds at a time, because the part that takes the months is other people and cannot be parallelised by hiring.

CH 01What the money buysITEMISED
Included
  • The full reading, including the verdict that you should wait
  • Identity work: three sentences, two bios, the descriptor machines will read
  • The brand brain, built and handed over as a file you keep
  • The entity home, built or rebuilt, on your own domain
  • Person and Organization schema, wired together and validated
  • Every profile aligned to one string
  • Search Console, analytics, the instrumentation that makes drift visible
  • The corroboration campaign: outreach, briefing, follow-up, twelve months
  • The claim packet and a rehearsal of the field that rejects people
  • Quarterly diagnostics and a three-assistant baseline for the full term
Excluded, on purpose
  • Any promise of a date, or any guarantee about model output
  • Paid Wikipedia insertions, bought links, invented citations, synthetic engagement
  • Anything touching your identity documents or verification selfie
  • A Wikidata item where the notability bar is not genuinely cleared
  • Writing your body of work for you. Evidence has to be true first.
The refund, stated plainly

Twelve months from intake, if there is no live entity record, the full $3,000 comes back. Not a credit. This is survivable only because roughly a third of applicants are told not to start.

Month 0The reading

Nine diagnostic searches, a four-source entity scan, a namesake count and a baseline of what three assistants say about you today. If the reading says wait, we say wait and you keep the balance.

Month 0–1The three sentences

Who you are, what you stand for, what result you drive for whom. Plain language, no adjectives. Roughly a third of engagements pause here, because no system can broadcast an identity nobody has decided on.

Month 1The brand brain

One private file holding every fact anyone will state about you: identity line, two bios, dates, registrations, the master headshot and the twelve-image stack, transcripts, case studies with results, every profile you hold. Missing facts here are exactly where wrong facts come from later.

Month 1–2The entity home

One canonical site on your own name, separate from the company site and linked both ways. Identity line as the first paragraph. Person schema on it, Organization schema on the company site, wired together. The machine-readable layer you fully control.

Month 2Alignment

Every profile made identical: name spacing, headshot file, first eight words of the headline, city, opening bio line, one link format. The cheapest item on the list and the most commonly skipped.

Month 3First movement

This is usually when assistants start naming you. They have a lower bar than Google does, so AI mentions arrive before the panel and are the first honest evidence the work is landing.

Months 3–9Witnesses

The slow part, because it is other people. Independent sources naming you in public, in places already being crawled, at the intersection of your trade and your city. Three to five on each axis.

Months 6–12The claim

When the panel appears you claim it yourself, from your own account, with your own documents. We prepare the whole packet and rehearse the field that gets people rejected. We never touch your identity papers.

Quarterly, foreverHold it

Records drift silently. Nine queries, a fresh scan and a three-assistant baseline every quarter, so drift is caught in weeks rather than when a client mentions it.

Your time cost
5 hrsa month, on average

One hour on the brand brain in month one, then two interview or podcast slots a month at about ninety minutes each including preparation. Everything else is ours. The claim at the end takes you fifteen minutes and cannot be delegated to anybody.

What moves first

Assistants usually name you before Google shows a panel, because they have a lower bar for naming somebody than Google has for displaying a box. Around month three.

CH 03QualificationGATE
Take it on
  • You can name three things you have done that a stranger could verify without your help
  • Somebody independent has written about or interviewed you in the last two years
  • You will sit for content: podcasts, talks, written pieces. Five hours a month
  • You own, or will buy, a domain on your own name
  • You have one Google account you will still control in five years
Turn it down
  • You want the box and not the evidence. That order cannot be made to work
  • Your public record is thin and you need this live in three months
  • You want a Wikipedia article written. A deleted one leaves you worse off than never trying
  • You want somebody to hold your identity documents. Nobody should
  • You are hoping this repairs a reputation problem. It makes you easier to find, including the parts you would rather nobody found
